Pretty sure 99% of the forum knew what he meant. Unfortunately there's always that 1% that will always be cause for facepalming.

Buddy you still need to remove that canadian flag. These immigrants from middle east are more Canadian than u

That may be the case but it is important that zark knew that I was not the 1% as we share a special bond

Calm down guys, there's nothing official about this yet. Apparently he didn't pass the medical, but the tweets about him retiring seem to be fake because they aren't on his official twitter. I doubt anyone would quit instantly before undergoing more tests...

I hope there's some sort of a happy end to this story; it's sad for any player to quit under these circumstances.

Anyway he should stop asap until medical tests say he is ready again.

Lucas Silva has undergone more tests today and he seems fine. He will undergo another test in a week or two, and if he's still fine he will go on loan to Sporting as originally planned.

I can't understand how these bs rumours spread so fast. Do people really believe everything they read on the internet/socialmedia? Is it really that hard to look for news articles in news sites with a proper reputation and check if they have an article about it with valid sources cited?

well, in germany that news was spread on the common sports sites ^^

Partial could be ok, that could mean he does not need surgery and the rehab is much simpler
Depends on the severity though. Tore my ACL and partially tore my MCL myself so I consider myself an expert dingus at this

Hopefully torn ICL and misses just 2 months. ACL tear 3/4 could take five months.

Hope it doesn't turn out to be true :(

The last I read was that it was a sprain, and that he'd be out for a month (perhaps missing the UEFA Supercup against Sevilla).

Either way, poor guy... he's spending his vacation recovering.
