I think we struggled a lot tonight since Iniesta didn't really have a good match which I believe is crucial for the team. Iniesta is absolutely brilliant when he plays at his best.
Cesc should not ever be played like guardiola played (behind the striker/trequirista/at times even striker). He lacks the speed. He should be put deeper into midfield, maybe pairing him with busquets to orchestrate the ball distribution. He worked great at arsenal just in front of the back 4.
Alexis should be sold. Doesn`t matter if he scored 1 or 19, he`s simply horrible when in possesion. No 1v1 skills, no dribbling, no nothing, usually passes back or sideways.
Xavi is declining. Not in terms of vision and passing, but in terms of workrate. When in prime he used to cover the full pitch, now he barely moves past mid line. There are some roumors Koke could be signed which coul prove a good idea. 21 yo. Sergi Roberto should also be given a shot in 1-2 years.
