Of course they are, they lost the league by 1 point, finishing with 90 points and are about to play a second Champions League final in the past 3 years (making the semi finals for several years in a row in the same time)
Talent wise: one of the most talented squads
Value: most valuable football team

Management: this is the mediocre part, galactico signing and manager changes which haven't worked out more times than they haven't

But to say Real Madrid isn't one of the top football teams right now is shortsighted

If that chart Is correct, 3 trophies in the last 5 years is horrible.

I see your argument and I agree that they have under performed on that front. But I would still place them in the top 5 European clubs.
Barca, Bayern and Real are the top teams in my opinion
