not sure if srs

They have plenty of good players. If they had a striker that can score 25+ per season and a better manager, they'd be ahead of everyone else in the table this season.

not shur if srs

They lack a defensive partner for koscielny (who is 29). Merte is mid table team guy, gabriel is too primitive for first team football.
Monreal in spite of his somewhat good season is a shit defender.
Bellerin is a full back without marking, tackling and crossing ability.
Coquelin deserves at least 4 yellow cards a game. Not reliable.
Flamini is bottom table guy.
Walcott is not Premier League material.
Cazola - getting old.

Except for sanchez, koscielny and perhaps ramsey and decent sub oxlade, they pretty much need a new whoe first team.

but he needs to play in a top team.. hope he joins barca soon.

özil is no barca material, where did you get that idea lol

arsenal is fine for him if they could stop making the same mistakes over and over again

This might be true for Barcelona under Enrique for sure. But Özil would have been the perfect player for Barcelona or Bayern under Guardiola.

WAT

Ozil thrives in counter attacking teams with shitloads of space in front of them. (mou's madrid anyone?)
Not in possesion orientd, high defensive line short pass first touch based formations that pack the opposition in their own box.

In tight spaces ozil is way below mediocre.

Arsanal should just play a deeper def line and more counter attacking football.

The higher def line you go, the less pace is needed from the guys upfront, the more by the back 4.

Name me a good dribbler that can get past his marker in 1v1 situation in bayern squad that plays centrally.

I disagree. Özil + Iniesta probably have the best vision and awareness of space(s) in the entire game (except Messi ofc). Özil also has a brilliant first touch without a doubt and his short and long passing combined are second to none.
That's also what makes you think he's only good in counter-attacking teams.

Also, I think it's simply false to say that Pep's style is possession oriented when in fact he has stated himself many many times that this is not the case. It's all about space(s) and movement and Özil is amongst the Top 4 players in the world regarding those things.

Ozil can be easily marked out of the game, which proves all your points wrong, especially the movement. As soon as he meets a decent opponent (ruling Barcelona out completely, his touches in those game are an embarassment for any no10 role) he's silent.

Play 2 wingers out wide, an aguero-alike striker with excellent movement off the ball and he will thrive.

And no, he isnt nowhere near Iniesta, except one meh season Andres has been way above anyone else in the role

The only thing it proves is you haven't understood Pep's idea of positional play, or in your case "possession-oriented play"... as long as a player being "marked out of the game" by another one still moves according to the positions of his teammates, opponents and the ball, it won't matter. Given that Özil often makes the best possible decisions when moving off the ball to draw attention of defenders and create spaces for his teammate or the ball, Özil could still be crucial in positional play style, even without touching a single ball for 90 minutes.

Again, this only shows how you put emphasis on lots of statistics, when in fact they don't play an actual role regarding judgment on a player's capability of adjusting/shining in a system like Pep's.

On a sidenote:

Götze is not a playmaker. He isn't a playmaker in Munich and he never was an actual playmaker in Dortmund. The only place where you'll ever find someone refer to him as a playmaker might be FIFA video games.
