of course
i'd actually rate our managment for sneaky enough to proably even pull off the signing of an replacement before actually announcing that we just made 200m from selling lewy
well... let's see what summer brings
Of course dortmund lost lewy
but lewy would've been gone even if bayern would not have made a move for him
so dortmund not beeing able to extend his contract is the problem - not bayern signing a free agent that had various other offers from probably any big league in europe
same goes for goretzka
and why do you think dortmund wasn't able to extend his contract? because he hated the city and the fans? no, because bayern offered him a contract that dortmund couldn't afford - same with goretzka for example. the whole transfer fee "argument" is something intellectually challenged bandwagoners came up with in order to pretend it has nothing to do with money and is just "smart management" or something along those lines...
and again, to go back to your initial sentiment which i replied to, about the wish for some domestic competition: that ain't happening as long as every single german club that is not bayern constantly loses their best players, simple as that. the league is bayern's to lose for the next decade at least. recent developments have only increased the gap...
i mean just look at what kind of quality dortmund had to sell and replace in recent years: aubameyang, dembélé, hummels, gündogan, lewandowski, mkhitaryan, götze, kagawa... and feel free to list the players that bayern had to let go in the same time to clubs offering them better contracts. that this is even an argument with you guys is beyond ridiculous...
