Does help blow the "you must spend monies" idea out the water though.

Arsenal have the team to win if they stop with the tip tap tip tap bollocks.

Agreed, that and keeping everyone fit.

Problem is not with the quality of the players since teams have won the PL before with less quality, it lies with the mentality.

What u said here is stupid af

No, it's not. It's actually a pretty decent point of view, which you - who would have though that?^^ - cannot understand.

@Mill:

I understand your point and I understand Arsenal's traditionally relying on their homegrown players, which I admire a lot.
I don't say they should change that.

I only say instead of sigining Monreal, Podolski and the other only semi-decent, never-making-an-impact-on-top-level players, Arsenal could have relied on their own talent and at the same time brought in 2 more world-class players for key-positions.

Cech
Bellerín - Mertesacker - Koscielny - Gibbs
World-class CDM - Ramsey/Wilshere/Coquelin/Santi
Walcott/Oxlade - Özil/Santi - Sanchez/Özil
World-class ST

Wouldn't look that bad and wouldn't steer away too far from tradition.
Could actually even think about a third addition to replace one of Mertesacker/Koscielny.

Arsenal as an English side has enough games to play per season to give all of their own talents their well-deserved minutes on the pitch.

Money isn't everything.

Leicester leading with starting 11 that costs a touch over £22mill

Better to make a team the right way.

its not, but you can either manage to land insane low price transfers like leicester (mahrez, vardy, drinkwater) other clubs pay 30+mio for players who are far worse
or you can use some money and get proven class

arsenal should be able to attract a top notch player as defensive mid for example, instead wenger buys some talent from switzerland who i cant even recall...

Monreal> Gibbs, and I'm a big fan of Gibbs but it's simply true.
I would prefer us to get a better CB than Per, however Gabriel is performing decent
I'm a massive Ramsey fan so I always want to see him play so I prefer Ramsey - Coquelin combo
Walcott HAS to perform better now, Oxlade is out so I would prefer Campbell - Ozil - Sanchez

And for the striker position, I do rate Giroud but we need a better finisher.

Coquelin has proved to be that player we desperatly needed, let me remind you that he was injuried during our bad spell and has only come back a few weeks ago.

"I've said this a million times already, I'd rather wait more years and eventually win a title with a group that has been at the club for a long period of time, than win the title easy with people who just see $ $ in their eyes."

Why not just buy the 3 world class players? Who gives a fuk about tradition. And homegrown players? LOL arsenal have very very few with walcott, wilshere and coq(?)
Arsenal could have such a sick team, but they chose not to
