You sign kids that won't make an impact. This season you bought Cech, that's it. Great signing, but you could have done so much better.

I get that you're defending the club you love, but at the same time you can't just ignore those facts. No one and I mean no one thinks overpaying for someone is a bad idea if they win you the title.

I know they do. But except for the ones you brought up yourself (Özil, Cech, Sanchez, Cazorla) they mostly signed players only slightly-above-average in comparison to Europe's or PL's top teams.

Wenger go. We can attract another top manager.

I'm not ignoring facts, and we DO think overpaying is bad since that simply isn't our way of doing this.

Tradition is massive for a club like Arsenal just like consistensy is. We could easly splash the cash and get a title but then what? We would have to give up tradition and belief in order to get a title. Not the way things go about at Arsenal.


I've said this a million times already, I'd rather wait more years and eventually win a title with a group that has been at the club for a long period of time, than win the title easy with people who just see $ $ in their eyes.
