exactly. No one had possession, which doesn't give him the right to obstruct the player regardless if the player can reach the ball or not. And it was a handball as stated above. Prevented the ball from moving with his arm.

Wasnt deliberately and that's what the rule is. Not it touches hand/ arm is auto.

He didn't move his arm towards the ball, there was no deliberate touch. No way in hell that should of been called.

Even if it wasn't deliberate, impeding the progress of the ball with the arm is still not a PK? Accidental or not?
