You are WRONG. JSP will lock him first (IF HE IS SCAMMER REPORTED) then the mods will use his locked FG (They have access to it) "claiming" that they will repay back themselves and if that's not enough, he will need to buy more. Eita will ONLY be unlocked after MONTHS of "regular/contributing" activities if he wants his account back.
Eita will NOT have control over his FG anymore IF JSP PROCEEDS ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN RULES (Which I doubt will even happen because that's the corruptancy of this trading forum).
To make it clear:
SCAM -> Lock -> Meds take the FG and Repay -> Scammer buy's more FG if needed to repay -> Account unlock after months of regular activity (ACCORDING TO THE RULES EVERY1 SHOULD READ THE RULES)
