brandt isnt really convincing me, would be a typical "we have to bring in a german" signing by hoeneß

for fucks sake is it so hard to spend some money for proven class?

well, schalke is currently 2nd and "just" 11 points back. OF COURSE you'd sign their best player to keep the league as boring as possible. no surprise here really, worked well with dortmund and hoffenheim...

it's not like there aren't rumours concerning players from each of the clubs that could even hope to somehow challenge for second place in bundesliga. it's just interesting to see which one they finally move in on. huh, who would have guessed, it's the team that's currently "closest"...

Goretzka would have left anyways so it should be okay to sign him. Particularly when he‘s for free+ german prospect it would be stupid to not give it a go
+ if there‘s a fee for a proper player then Bayern is unlikely to get the player since they are not able to compete with the market in the top sector

Bundesliga is far from balanced anyways and I don’t see this change anytime soon - which in the end will be a big problem for Bayern imho
As a german football maniac I don’t even watch Bundesliga anymore.
I don’t know who‘s still interested in watching a league that is over before it even started and overall I see that this doesn’t only involve me but a lot more people.
With less viewers TV money will become less - resulting in an even bigger gap between EPL and Bundesliga
Bayern basically needs to build up an opponent to keep viewers interested, else they are no competition in top notch Football anymore

There aren't that many interesting leagues anymore this season when it comes to the first place. Doesn't mean a league can't be interesting anymore.

I've always found that relegation battles and battles for europe places are far more entertaining than title battles. (Probably because I'm an Arsenal fan and we are nowhere near a title battle)

Look at the past 5 years
It‘s only a matter of pt margin
And I know that from the beginning
EPL, La Liga aren‘t usually over before the season started
