Nah conceding 5 is far worse

Losing is losing Brad. There is no "worse" about it. lol especially because it was both -2 on the GD which may play a factor later on. At least united still has a +1, whilst Pool has a -1.

My thoughts on the game if anyone cares: Leicester seems to be the real deal, ive watched every game they have played in the league and look like a real threat. They have the work rate which top teams tend to slack off against these teams bc they think its a cakewalk. Clattenburg was seriously atrocious. Da Laet should have been sent off in two different occasions, once in the first for a second yellow after pushing Di Maria, and another for his kick out on Di Maria. Also, the first pk call was quite terrible as well. If you're going to call the foul from Rafa on Vardy, then you MUST make that same call 2 seconds earlier from Vardy on Rafael, especially because Vardy's arm was extended, which makes it even more blatant of a foul. United's defense is yet again proven to be shit. I am hoping next match, LvG goes with Rojo and Jones in the middle (unless Jones is still hurt) with Shaw and Valencia/Rafa at RB. I would also like to see the attack 4 to be Falcao, Waza, Di Maria, and Mata. For me, Rvp has been shit this season so far. He missed another sitter on sunday, and I believe he would have missed his goal if it didnt hit off the head of the Leicester player. Waza played very well behind the forwards. Di Maria is fantastic. And Herrera is settling well.

Personally, idgaf about the hate. You spend 200 million and expect new players to gel quickly? It just doesnt happen. I just hope the future holds something good and maybe buy a strong CB. This premier league season has already been hectic as fuck, no game is a safe game (unless you play QPR).

It's not even about jelling together. The way United spent in the summer was without thinking, they bought world class players for the offence, but average players in the defence. You simply can't outscore a team every time.

Tell that to Liverpool last season. But i do agree with you. We bought young, inexperienced defenders. I am not shocked at all that united have been dropping points, but the difference between attack and defense is about the width of the Grand Canyon. United look fantastic going forward and utter shit at defense, which is why i want united to buy a center back or two. As of right now, the options at CB are pathetic with Jones and Evans being hurt. Smalling, Blackett, and i guess Rojo? Not enough in my eyes.

Well Liverpool had the same problem, signing a way past it Kolo touré and a somewhat unexperienced Sakho.
I do admit united needed to remove the old players, but I feel they should have kept Ferdinand to teach the other young defenders like Blackett

I personally think Vidic should have stayed. Ferdinand would be good as like a "coaching" stand point, but he has lost 2 steps during games and gets beat way too easily. Blackett is a good talent but makes soooo many stupid mistakes. I also thought they should have kept evra for 1 more year, instead of buying 3 young LB.

I've seen a bunch of rumors about Hummels. But I dont see that happening UNLESS dortmund is doing poor in the UCL group stages. Other than that, idk who there is out on the market that wont require a mass overpay.

hummels was just promoted to captain and has no buy out
better quit dreaming

also i think that you need a more classic defender
hummels is not the player you would "the rock" in defense

that mangala guy was looking good against chelsea, strong and fast
too bad united was too busy buying attackers
