Whereas this year arsenal is 1 pt ahead of leicester.

Chelsea was above everyone last year and teams like city/arsenal/United were in their usual spots.

This year a team like leicester is second. Any team that would be solid this year would win the prem, but since everyone sucks they are even to a team like leicester.

E/ chelsea had 52 pts at this time last year, arsenal would do the same if they were good.
