Cech is a great keeper, but with Ospina in the team, the keeper position was one of the better covered ones. He was a good signing, but not the one Arsenal really needed imo.

Ospina does lack something, Cech has more confidence in him and makes our defence play better.

Well, he's not world class, but he's solid enough to start for a club like Arsenal imo.

I think a solid team is more likely to win the league if Ospina is behind it than if Giroud is in front of it.

Fair enough, I'm happy that we signed Cech tho. You probs remember that I felt bad for Ospina aswell but he did have his chances this season and messed up quite badly..

Cech was a decent buy. No questions. Enough cup games to play the other one.
