He can always do worse, stupid to think he won't. We've seen PLENTY of "world class" strikers going into the bpl but failing to score even with a brilliant midfield behind him.

Compare the Giroud at Montpellier with the current Giroud and then tell me he hasn't grown alot.

Not going to debate this pointless topic anymore, you think he's shit, fair enough everyone has their own opinion.

I'm simply a fan sticking behind his players that we have and giving them the support, i'm not one to "pressure" a club into spending loads of money.

I wasn't questioning your loyalty towars your players. Hell if PSV were to play a disabled kid I would stand by them. The total of my point was Giroud doesn't deliver. He was transferred as this bigshot striker who scored 25 goals in Montpelliers championships winning team. He didnt produce it happens. All I were saying was, Arsenal should cut their losses, either bench or sell him and get someone else. He would be a perfect pinchhitter imo. He can head a ball pretty well.

That's the whole thing tho, you say "cut the losses" but he has been good for us so there are no losses to cut. He's the 7th highest top scorer so he HAS made his mark for us.

He could be top though o be fair. Especially with the chances created by our team, he had a month out though I suppose

he could be the 2nd highest scorer overall, what difference does that make when he still misses huge chances over and over, is always a potential risk of losing possession if you try to include him into offensive build up play and many times unable to control simple passes and produce shots on target from great set up plays...

when you look at his statistics don't forget that he was always playing as the only striker with plenty of players trying to find and feed him, his main task being to score. he's not a bad striker at all, nobody is saying that. but he's NOT a good first choice for a team trying to win the championship in the world's second strongest and maybe most competitive league...

I think we should strengthen in January, 2 players whilst coquelin and cazorla are out...

Seriously we can win this league, I'd get replace flamini I and arteta now!

We're close to one signing already, not getting my hopes up but don't think we've ever made such a quick signign in the January window. Looks good atm
