He doenst score enough. He is 29 years of age and hasn't scored more than 16 goals a year in the BPL. That's not an Arsenal worthy striker. Im sure he'd be fine at a mid table team. Arsenal should aim higher. Why on earth are we having this discussion still. He doesn't win you premierships, it's proven.

I cannot tell, I cannot watch that shit league.

"it"s proven" as if he's the only reason we haven't won it.

Look at yesterdays match, his assists proves Arsenal is the right club for him, he has the passing ability that we need in a striker instead of pure goals, why does it mather how many he scores if we end up winning the games? We have other people aswell who score goals like Sanchez, Özil, walcott etc.

Look less at those statistics and actually watch him play, he's a great striker that has a value for us, he'll never be the topscorer but he'll score the important goals like he did the past seasons.

Yes, yesterday. But when the team struggles he cannot just press on and make a goal like previous stars Arsenal had could. Produce a goal out of nowhere he rarely does. I agree it's not all about scoring, but since Aresnal truely have a brilliant midfield (when fit) they should invest in a striker that easilly bags 30 and be done with it. Look at their invincibles year. Look at manchester with Yorke and Cole or van Nistelrooy.

Uhm, yes he can? He has done that in the past loads with his heading ability when we were desperatly crossing the balls in the box?

Please, get your facts straight..

Oh for fuck sake, HE HASN'T GONE OVER 16. An Arsenal striker in his prime should hit 30. You know what that +14 results in? More wins. He just doesn't score enough.

that pass to özil yesterday was very delicate indeed but that's a one in a hundred thing for giroud and you know it if you're honest.
his overall technique is rather bad. his first touch is outright horrible most of the time and his passing mediocre at best - even for a striker.

Shame you can't see the brilliance of Giroud, I'm not saying he's the perfect striker but he's criminaly underrated.

He just isn't. He really isn't. How is it that you think that? It's cute he gives an assists every once in a while, a good striker should do that, he should also create space by luring away defenders. He rare does that, what should his main concern be though? I don't know? Scoring goals? Winning games? And yes I know, scoring goals isn't the one way to win games. But for AGAIN an Arsenal striker his goal is criminally low.

You're as biased as any dutch person could be, there is no point discussing it with someone like you tbh. I gave the reasons he's vital for us but you refuse to understand it
