Tell me why my team is trash and how I can improve it

I think I'm gonna replace Viera with Isco even though Viera has been good to me.

How is 433(5)? was my favorite formation 2 or 3 fifas ago. loved it so much with Suarez as CF.

Not a fan of macherano. Maybe a formation change to?

I'm saving up for Varane.. Not sure if I should replace Mascherano or Deulofeu first...

I want to replace Deulofeu with Carrasco and Mascherano with Varane..

I also want Marcelo or Filipe Luis as LB

So....

Mascherano -> Varane

J. Costa -> Marcelo/Luis

Viera -> Isco

It's really good, both defensively as CDM is screening the defense nicely and offensively with right player instructions when you set the wingers to cut inside and CF to play as false 9 and drop deep.

not very good. There are quite a few better formations. I personally would love to play vs the 433(5) every match. Very easy to counter for me

how would u counter it?
