and on the rule
the fifa rules indeed state that shirt pulling for example that starts outside and continues into the box is a penalty
as the screenshot suggests vidal tackles forsberg just a bit short of the line though
no matter, we can all agree that it was some serious luck for us
i wonder what a video ref would have done
