While I completely understand that Ancelotti had to go (he is way overrated anyway... Di Maria pretty much won him the UCL trophy on his own and he has NEVER been among the best coaches with regards to an actual tactical approach either), I still don't see the benefit of what Bayern / their entire stuff have presented as their way of solving certain issues.

The Hertha line-up was pretty much nothing but fan-service / catering to officials / remind people oft the glorious UCL winning squad (looked like Hoeneß, Rummenigge + some random supporters club officials wrote down their preferred starters and handed the sheet to Sagnol tbh):

Ribery proved 100% that Carlo was right benching him. Müller didn't do a thing worth mentioning / justifying why he should start over James/Thiago/Coman either. Boateng is still way out of form and Alaba still looks half-asleep, possibly dreaming about winning Ballon D'Or as a central mid, like he has been for the last ~2 years.
Add an out-of-practice CDM in Javi and some more Individual lack of motivation or outright sloppiness and you got all the reasons for only drawing with Hertha.

ImO only Tuchel + some radical changes, like getting rid of Ribery, getting Coman on the field more often and/or getting a talented new winger, getting rid of some bs mindset like "Müller has to play" can help right now.

i pretty much agree, especially with the fan service yesterday
my boy javi was alright though, that area of the pitch looked a bit better

certain players having zero form isnt exactly suprising with all the stuff revealed now
how would boateng be in form, when he is injured for a long time and then gets ridiculous amateur level training?
and dont get me started on alaba, he has literally collapsed into nothing, but not suprising when you concentrate more on social media and hanging around with complete idiots like odell beckham (american football player)

i wouldnt mind tuche as a coachl, but his difficult personality has caused some real trouble in dortmund and mainz

Angel Otto is easily one of the best of coaches.

pep approves according to him

KIopp, Nagelsmann, even Favre will be hard to get right now.
So who else can it be?!

lvg until end of season, then new permanent coach in summer (probably nagelsmann)
