That is because sony doesn't want it... But majority of fifa players play on ps4. Literally I used to love xbox soooo much more than ps4. Both the 360 and original. But ever since the latest gens have came out ps4 is just so much better.

Its probably because xbox pays fifa so that they give xbox players earlier access only ( an attempt to get more players), like they did with legends before.
