this is actually something which bothers me a lot too. this years fifa was so much time2win like the grinding in wow. even if you suck, a silver or low gold rank in wl every week got you tons of packs and coins. I finished maybe 5 full 40 games wls because I just don't have time at the weekends and there was nothing todo in the week beside the DKT.

100%. Games last like 20 minutes a pop, so it's like 13-14 hours to finish them all. It's too much.

Make 5v5 indoor mode return, 3 minute halves, no replays or cutscenes and I'll play 40 games. Would be the most popular shit to ever hit a fifa game. And all the pros who nolife the game can play the main WL.
