Alcorcón is one of the strongest teams in Segunda.
They promoted to Segunda for the first time 3 years ago, and have grown a lot with a very small budget. They've already made it to the promotion playoffs twice (last year it actually looked like they were going to finish 2nd but they crashed in the last 2 months of the season), and this year should be no different. They are one of the biggest candidates to earn promotion.
Half a season later they are only one point above the relegation zone. This is a huge surprise. They started off well but they began to crumble a few months ago. Their manager was sacked last week, and so this will be the new manager's first game.
Ironically this could be our manager's last game...
Hard to predict the outcome of this game, but we really need to win.
We made 4 signings during the winter window (3 of them during the last day), and they've all been called up for tomorrow's game. Let's see what they can do.
