Even if they become good again with the Chinese owners all will be the same. Nobody gives a fuck about these new owners. It's how most teams are competitive now.

This is why all German teams suck dick

well done. If Ederson goes for 35-40MM, De Gea is 2.5-3x that pricetag.
e: also unless Navas has a nightmare in the UCL final, I don't see why they sell him as he's been great for them, but then again he's not a Perez Galactico.

So competitive they've all failed to win any european titles except for the CL and EL in your trophy cabinet...

The pic they chose

Really hope Navas has a heroic night in Cardiff so all these rumours just stop.

Atlético's transfer ban will not be lifted. RIP

If they lose Griezmann and are unable to sign any replacements, they're bound to have a shit season. Let's see if Lacazette, Fabinho and and all those players they were close to signing are willing to wait until january or not.

wow that was kinda unexpected

imo they have to keep griezmann now, the damage from cashing in and having a shit season can be way worse than the other way around

But they don't really have a say. They were never going to negotiate for Griezmann anyway, it has always been just a matter of Man Utd paying the 100M€ release clause. Once they put the money on the table, it's up to the player and not the club.

Their only hope is that Griezmann admits it would be a dick move to leave Atlético under these circumstances and decides to stay to help the team that has supported him over the past 3 years.
