Yeah, but there's so much more to managing than tactical knowledge. He needs to be able to read the game whle under pressure, know how to motivate his players, make his tactics understandable to them, earn their respect, organize training sessions properly, display confidence, adapt to new enviroments, etc.
You can be the Sun Tzu of football tactics but still be a bad manager if you don't get the other stuff right.
tbf he picked a terrible club to start his carreer and it's hard to judge a rookie's potential when in such an unstable situation, but he's showing many weaknesses that he's going to have to get rid off if he wants to have a succesful carreer.
plus the cultural and linguistic differences that he might have underestimated, i bet he can barely communicate properly with most of the players
he should have coached some 2nd or 3rd division team in england for starters
