This aswell!

Plus how is Sven Kums? he's the only belgian player (besides from the keepers) in Heerenveen if I'm correct

yeah, I'm happy with the performance, Mallorca really did the best they could do

as a fan, if you are proud of your team, thats what matters!

whole point in this thread! you dont need to support real madrid, man utd, barca, ac milan etc etc just to be proud that you say got into the champions league final! my team has gone 8 games unbeaten, im proud of that, doesnt mean we are going to win silverware (though we are in quarter finals of league cup)

O a Heerenveen fan, haven't seen one of you around
How are you guys coping with the loss of Dost?

We are doing not too great in the league, but it's more about the loss of Narsingh and Assaidi. No good wingers came in return and the defense is still bad, so many games are lost with big scores. I still trust Van Basten will get them on track next season but it will be with lots of new blood... Finnbogason is quite the catch though :)

Great talent and by far the best player but not the guy yet to carry the team. He's struggling like the rest, but it's still quite obvious he's outgrown the Eredivisie. He might follow Assaidi to Liverpool or such rumours I've heard, not sure about this though.

Kums is a good player IMO, one of the better players on the team. He's a nice guy as well.

I see, Assaidi should have stayed atleast one more year.. it's not like he's getting play time for pool.

His contract was due to expire in 1 year and he refused signing an extended deal, so the only way to get some money for him was to sell. It's the reality of the smaller clubs I guess :)

sad but true, he probably would have been better of signing with a smaller club though

same goes for Djuricic if you say he's not capable of carrying his team

unfortunately there's a lot more of a difference between Eredivisise and the strongest leagues now than there was a few years ago

Yup, my hometown club (OHL) will be forced to sell Ibou and possibly Bailly after this season, Ibou being the top scorer of the league and Bailly being just an amazing goalkeeper.
It's nice to have them for a year tho, better than nothing :p
