I personally go for 100 chemistry, I always try and stay within a certain league, and then just have teams of them, BPL, La liga, etc.

Then I always make an all silver team as well, with the best players, but thats later on.

I think im going to try a nice team with a 4-3-1-2 formation with: Forlan, Cavani, Suarez up top (since they are rocking for me on head to head in FIFA12 atm), and then the rest idc about lol
