Tbf I'm so happy he's won it. Vini would've been one of the worst winners in the last 25 years bar Owen. Players like Hazard, Neymar, Robben, Ribery, Iniesta, Bale, Suarez, etc. would have beat him out of it.

Also Rodri is so influential to City. If he can't win it after the last year than idk how a DEF mid can ever win it. Modric at least got more forward.

Rodri did much better season then Vinicius lol... even Lautaro Martinez had better stats and trophies then Vinicius....

Its been hard on city the past few games, some people said Rodri did not deserve to win Ballon D'or but the impact he has on this Manchester City team can be seen on the latest results. I dont think City has their eyes on all competitions but definately losing 2 straight Premier League games was not in their agenda at all. The Carabao Cup is probably the last trophy in terms of importance and it was their first lost in Champions League so far, so I wouldnt worry so much.
