As much as I like Giroud, we seem to be needing a clinical finisher. The amount of chances Ozil creates vs the amount of the chances being converted is not enough

I'm not saying Giroud isnt top level, because on his day he's a world beater. He can score outrageous goals like the ones from yesterday but he can also miss the most easy of chances.

I would love to see Benzema come, but I doubt it will happen, we're already late in the transfermarket and it looks like we won't sign anyone else as of now.

Top level players don't need to have their day to be world beaters.

Rather than standing out on their good days, they stand out on their bad days because it's strange to not see them perform.

Very true, still I find Giroud to be a great striker who is vastly underrated, but we do need a more clinical finisher in order for Özil to be recognized again

Yeah, imo he's a good striker, but not good enough to be a top club's first choice to lead the attack. For the 4th place trophy, he's great, but if you have more ambitious goals in mind (and Arsenal should) you should look for someone better.
