So what happens if man city win the cl but don't finish top 4 and liverpool win the EL?

Who gets champs league and who don't? Not really sure how this work. Think it's man city replace 4th place and liverpool get an extra spot so we get 5 teams in it, right?

The CL and EL champs get a spot, the 4th placed loses it; so yes.

CL champs go to pot 1, EL champs depend on their coefficient
