You shouldn't be surprised, it's Premier League logic. Thay too are so much less successful than La Liga but according to them BPL > La Liga, great logic there.

Only team more successful than chelsea or United last 10 years in la liga is barcelona.

Real Madrid: 3 UCL titles / 5 league titles
Barcelona: 3 UCL titles / 6 league titles
Bayern Munich: 2 UCL titles (and a runner up) / 9 league titles
AC Milan: 2 UCL titles (and a runner up) / 3 league titles
Inter Milan: 1 UCL title / 5 league titles
United: 1 UCL title (two runner ups) / 8 league titles

I'd argue all of those teams have done better than Chelsea, since the 21st century

Chelsea 1 ucl, 2finals, 1 Europa league.
So, top 5= chelsea, barca, bayern, United, and I'll put inter as 5th instead of real.
