so on the one hand you act like that the lack of severe economic consequences so far is some kind of victory, while on the other hand completely ignoring the fact that the "positives" that were promised to you are missing completely? you're still IN the EU, paying your fee, abiding by EU regulations and NOT funding the NHS, NOT cutting immigration, NOT enjoying your "sovereignty"... kind of hypocritical, don't you think?
It is, considering we were told just voting "wrong" would make the clouds rain lava. My favourite part was hearing the Germans going "ZOMG WE HAD TO CUT WORKING HOURS BCUZ DEM BRITISH R NOT BUYING R CARZ?!?!".
The positives will come, when article 50 is activated. Although personally, I have already received plenty of "positives" from my workplace and I've seen over a million people stay and holiday in the UK, instead of taking their money to Europe, which I consider to be a pretty big positive to local businesses.
Then we've had increased high-street sales, a fairly large boost in exports and we've gotten to hear some lovely speaches about how the Frenchies have changed their mind about moving Calais borders (whether this holds true or not remains to be seen, entertaining nonetheless) and we've heard how "Free movement of people will definitely be discussed", which is better than good old wet towel Cameron being told in private before discussions that it wouldn't even be DISCUSSED, then told to stay in the EU and help reform it, how you can reform something when you can't even discuss key points in beyond my comprehension but hey-ho.
Even though the government indeed didn't have a plan, since wet noodle decided he wasn't up for the fight, it's all going pretty much as most expected.
