i very much doubt that. he's not near retirement or declining - so IF he's serious about changing something it will be one of the absolute TOP money clubs buying him (in order of likelihood imo: real, psg, barcelona, city, united, bayern)...

It's real madrid, he expressed his desire a few times now.

As for Arsenal, it was a club he was interested in joining when he was at Lille, but Chelsea won the CL so he chose them.

hazard is real bound, he said himself that its his dream club and they will make a huge signing, so all pieces are in place this summer
