Am I the only one who thinks that's a crazy amount of money for a player Arsenal don't really need?

Potential bullshit. But if true thats a pretty good player for a really good price imo. He could be awesome after an extended run in a first team.

10 mill for shaqiri is so cheap. Worth 20-25 imo.

but the liverpool rumour is there for a long time, maybe thats another possibility
