The Adjudicatory Chamber found serious breaches of financial fair play regulations.

From the City point of view, what defence is compelling enough to get the decision overturned?

The obvious one that sticks out to me is that the basis of the investigation stems from hacked internal emails. However, that doesn't absolve City of the creative accounting used to swerve FFP. They'd have to prove Etihad paid all their reported sponsorship revenue, which they would have done by now if they were innocent.

I don't see how this gets overturned.
