How good is MOTM Casemiro? Does he add anything offensively?

In my 4-3-3 (4) I have 4 CMs (since I rotate between 2 XIs): Kroos, SIF Iborra, SIF N'Zonzi and IF Franco Vázquez. I've been wanting to drop the latter one for some time now because his defensive qualities aren't as good as I'd like them to be. I've been planning on getting Modric for some time, but his price on PC has been fixed to 130k (before xmas it was half of that...), which seems like a silly overpay, so I'm considering getting Casemiro instead. I don't care about pace on my midfielders, just want them to be well rounded and be solid defensively while at the same time providing offensive support, with goals, assists, build up play, coming in from behind when I hold the ball, etc.

In any case it's not going to happen soon though, I'm completely broke after buying SIF Carrasco and TIF Isco
