That defense and Midfield is weak.
Jones isn't good enough yet, you need a centre back and jones to play CB in cups or right back.
Carrick is past it and old, Herrera has no premier league experience, Mata is very attacking and won't do the defensive duties needed in a 4-3-3.

I think the capacity to think is exercised in you somewhat clumsily and only at relatively rare intervals. Probably still young, hence unrippen, although some would call you plain stupid.
