He says he understands his countrymen better and it makes him easier for him to connect with the group if there are dutch players in the team. He also said he sometimes had trouble connecting with latin players because he likes to motivate players by pointing out their individual mistakes in front of the whole team and, according to him, players from southern europe and the americas find that humiliating and lose their confidence instead of getting fired up.

Dutch people are very direct, you need to have people who can take that. Allthough English and Dutch people usually connect very easy.

No, he usually signs and plays with youths, they are still impressed and do what he sais. IDK, it might be chaos the first couple of weeks.
