He played it smart by moving the ball slightly the other way, so that lloris has to touch his feet. It's lloris fault on this one (ofc he went down easly)

Obviously Welbeck did his best to get a penalty, but Lloris is there to be blamed. Did not get the ball and got Welbeck down, while he had a chance to get the ball if he didn't fall. Penalty for me.
