Sure but i doubt he'd want to go to

chelsea - mou has azplicueta also probably wouldnt trust him because of his age
Liverpool - flannagan and enrique(?)
Arsenal - maybe but they wouldnt spend that much
Man city - kolarov amd cliche

Utd he would get first team football and nice wages

He would be first choice at City, Kolarov is Juventus bound and clichy isn't very good.

Doubtful Saints turn this down, 27m is a huge amount and they have a fantastic academy

It's not 100% sure but I think he will leave Barça too.

Alves will sign for PSG I guess, and Tata Martino will manage Argentina team if they doesn't win the WC.

Song will move to an english team imo, and Alexis to Italy or Pedro England too, only one of them will leave.
