Only problem is Ancelotti already has a job at a club twice as big, thrice as rich, four times as successful and five times better than Manshitster Ushited. XD

And that he is doing really well too. Winning prizes, playing good football. He won't go anywhere, as soon as an offer comes he will get a raise, I'm sure.

Rather have Van Gaal than Ancelotti, he's barely setting the world alight with his extremely strong Madrid, still behind lowly Atletico and worst fc barcelona team in years.

Credit to Moyes, one thing he did well -

United’s owners have also sanctioned a root-and-branch overhaul of the club’s scouting system to suit Moyes’s needs, transforming Sir Alex Ferguson’s network into a 21st century operation of iPads, power-points and a’’bunker’ style set-up giving the manager access to data on a global scale at the touch of a button.

How unproffesional of him to dodge games to get manager sacked.

As a football player (especially for the big teams) you are getting wages to do a specific job. Football. As the manager is your direct boss, you should listen to what he has to say and act accordingly, regardless of what you think. You should have a relaxed attitude, train as hard as you can and act proffesionally.

Anything else should lead to transfer list, regardless of your personal attributes and skills.

What happened to moyes happened to a lot of managers. AvB lost the locker room at Chelski, Luis Enrique did the same at Roma. I tend to think its not their strict approach that had caused the fissure, but the players being spoiled till then.

Hopefully Van Gaal fixes that.
