Wtf why?

There are two broadcasting channels when it comes to football: Telenet and Belgacom.
Telenet bought the rights to broadcast EPL football so that Belgacom can't, and with sky it would be a third source to get tv channels, which isn't allowed here.

Telenet has: WC qualifiers, EPL, Bundesliga, Serie a, Russian league, Belgian league, cup competitions (except belgian cup), Europa league and brazil league.
Belgacom has: Belgian Second division, Liga BBVA, some cup games/Champions League
