arsenal needs more flexibilty in offense and more classic understanding for defense, if you want to step up

those are the two that i see with the second being my favorite
i like it when clubs stick with their managers, but arsenal kept it like it is for too long and has come to a standstill
wenger has failed so far to evolve

of course your passing and movement upfront is very flexible indeed
but its the only way you are able to play and you wont change it even when it fails completely
buying two top players for some serious money is not really evolving imo

and for defense, wenger must have noticed that you conceeded like over 9000 goals by committing too many players forward and leaving the center open
