Unlucky so many times but that was by far the craziest. Missed a goal by a freshly shaven pube. It's so frustrating to be that close and not get one

Fantastic game lads. Absolute treat to watch for everyone.

Fernandinho played out of his skin today. I think if Fabinho starts, you win.

Fernandinho and Van Dijk were the best players on the pitch today imo, it was a joy to watch.

Absolute unit of a man, that one. What a defender.

Sterling Jesus Mahrez
De Bruyne Gundogan Foden
Zinchenko Otamendi Stones Walker

I dont think Jesus is good enough for this team if I'm being honest.

No joke or exaggeration he should have 5 today.

He has been cast in the shadow a bit this season imo. Also didn't quite fill in the boots when Aguero was out. (he did score lots of goals however)
Feels like a bit of an Iheanacho situation, except that Jesus is more talented.

Fodens goal btw

He hasn't really scored. Iirc it's been like 9 goals out of his last 52 games or something.

He had that hat trick in the CL, but that's basically it. I wish I was exaggerating about the 5 goals, but he missed easy as fuck goals today against quite a bad opposition.

The only redeeming thing is that his runs are fantastic and he creates SO much space for other players, but that's not really what we need, we need goals when Aguero isn't on.

Idk what we'll do when Aguero leaves

Yeah, forgot he scored early on in the season. Poor record now that I looked at it.

When Aguero leaves (sooner than later I think) it will be hard to replace him but I imagine you would get a top tier striker in his place. Don't think Gabriel will ever be the number 1 striker in this City side.

I would say that I would take him, but we currently have Aubameyang and Lacazette, ain't no way I would get rid of them.
