same height, but 92kg here and very fast (not that agile though xD)

What's the best thing to do for a bruised(?) or possibly strained lower calf?
Other than cream, ice, and heat?
It's been sore for the past 1-2 weeks and so I rested it Thursday +Friday
But on Saturday went to play again and after 40 mins it was hurting again and felt bruised when I pressed on it.

Only real way to do for a bruise is pack of ice and waiting it out. Give it atleast a 1-2 week rest and it should be fine
