He's banned for 4 matches, the lowest amount of matches you can get banned for violent conduct.
The media basicly said they "understood his reaction after this career threatning foul" and that Ruytinx should be banned double as many matches.

e: if Carcela didn't get injuried, he'd be in Ruytinx position now.. Tells you how much media can control football.

And this was standards match, one match before the OHL one



5:33 Vainquer kicks Saidi I think it was in the face, gets a red and no one talks about it.

And what they don't show in this vid was Batshuayi doing the exact same tackle as Ruytinx, but the opponent didn't get injuried so media doesn't talk about it.

punch someone in the face 4 games ban
kick someone accidently in the face 3 games ban ( i know still a bad foul but wasnt on purpose )

I am only gunna be able to listen to my club and their home match against Brighton tomorrow... Hoping for a win, but they are the most in form side in the league at the moment...

Hope for a 2-1 win to Middlesbrough, but we have our best goalkeeper, and best striker out injured... maybe more to add to the list tomorrow...!

FT 1-2 OHL Oostende

Disgraceful performance, Kostovski (replacing Ruytinx) missed 4 sitters including an open goal..
We haven't scored in four matches now (own goal of Lukaku was our "goal")

I'm scared our manager will be fired after today, not sure if he's the man for the job anymore.. Sitting at one place above relegation now and we lost vs a good Oostende, shouldn't happen.

As long as Beveren and Mons don't get any points we are fine, but the lack of wins is disturbing me.. they say that the third season in a division is the toughest, we can definatly tell right now (we promoted with Mons and they are bottom placed now)

Very dissapointed in OHL, if we lost with not getting many chances I would understand, but so many misses... Ogunjimi got boo'd out aswell.

O and we got another red card, now our main man Messoudi (8 assists) got a second yellow card. The amount of red cards we get is so worrying.

It's ok bro, we lost 1-0 due to more STUPID decisions and mistakes...

Gotta love being a Middlesbrough fan, the lowest roller coaster ride on the continent!
