Firmino has more talent in his left toe than the complete united midfield tho

on a sidenote: van gaal wants to coach a team in england. think it would be a decent choice since their are not many alternatives anyway ^^
He's going to Spurs.

he's a diver... nothing new unfortunately.
a shame really, he's such a great football player. and the way he's able to carry a whole team is only bested by ibra imho...

what now? moyes out or give him the same chance fergie got?
Sir Alex was a proven winner before he took over United - winning European trophies and breaking up Old Firm dominance with Aberdeen and United were not the reigning champions and one of the best teams in Europe at that time.

very true, you got a point there...
i mean, "one of the best teams in europe" is maybe a little too much to say since i truly believe they were overperforming under fergie but yeah, they have much quality and the financial potential to play much better than they do atm...

Would've knocked Madrid out if it wasn't for the disgraceful sending off.

we've been over this, it was harsh but justifiable decision - especially because nani DID know arbeloa was running towards him (watch the replays that show the seconds before the contact). PLUS madrid didn't get a clear penalty call AND losing a winger doesn't mean you have to concede twice shortly after...
united did well that night but in the end they weren't "robbed" like chelsea was vs. barcelona in 2009 for example... and it's kinda cheap and pathetic not to acknowledge that and just blame the ref imo...

that decline seems too big a decline.
i like moyes but he needs to be a lil arrogant, a bit more confident. hes playing the nice guy since day 1 to the media.
and that one mata transfer seems to be upsetting the team balance a lil. kinda lack width nowadays.

on a side note, have you found yo thunderfury yet?

If I was a Man United fan I'd have bittersweet emotions.

Bitter because of a shit season.

Sweet because it roots out all of the plastic fans that have accumulated in the last 10+ years.

Nah, they will stay. Just cower their heads until shit blows over...we need to go bankrupt and be demoted like Leeds.
