now iso dem young talents

max out scouts your board allows. set each scout manually to scout report from competition.
i.e, English premier division. then add that scout to english under 21s, english under 18s. remember to select ' ongoing'
do it with almost every country.
in no time your scouting knowledge will be very good.

any1 else finding it hard? i got fired by valencia and then found a job with dortmund. after 3 seasons only won the dfb pokal.
bayern just keeps winning and winning almost impossible to win the league like this

I'm only in my second season because I haven't had much time to play but no, I'm not having any problems getting things rolling tbh.

just won the european cup with an average team.

but the league is so hard. bayern only lose 2-3 games, 3-5 draws a season. zzzz

but seriously, idk... like with al FMs, make sure you have a good keeper, good CBs that can score from set pieces, and a striker that can average somewhere close to 1 goal per game. That's 90% of what you need to succeed.
