Can't wait until carroll starts. After seeing suarez, hes gonna be deadly with all the space he gets with the defenders marking carroll.

With meireles and gerrard on form. Then thats 3 points from united.

Let's just hope!

But definitely excited for this!!

23 Man Prague Squad News:

Joe Cole and Raul Meireles have been named in the Liverpool squad for the trip to Prague - but Steven Gerrard and Daniel Agger miss out.

The duo have not recovered from the injuries that kept them out of Saturday's 1-1 draw with Wigan and will not be risked by boss Kenny Dalglish.

Christian Poulsen also misses the clash at the Stadion Letna after his wife went into labour.

However, Cole returns to the fold and Meireles has recovered from the bug that saw him withdrawn at half-time against the Latics.

Record signing Andy Carroll will travel to the Czech Republic - but the No.9 will not be involved in the match.

There are also places on the plane for youngsters Conor Coady, John Flanagan, Jack Robinson and Raheem Sterling. Tom Ince has also travelled.

Liverpool squad: Reina, Jones, Gulacsi, Johnson, Flanagan, Aurelio, Robinson, Kyrgiakos, Wilson, Carragher, Kelly, Skrtel, Meireles, Cole, Maxi, Jovanovic, Lucas, Coady, Ince, Sterling, Pacheco, Kuyt, Ngog.

Andy Carroll could make his Liverpool debut as early as this weekend.

Carroll wasn't expected to recover from his thigh injury until next month, with the Man Utd game on March 6th being mentioned as a possible debut. However, the £30m striker is now training with his team mates at Melwood, albeit not doing any contact training just yet, which has the press speculating that he could feature against West Ham this weekend.

That game has probably come to early for Carroll but the fact that he can be considered has proved how ridiculous the 'serious injury scare' stories the press were running only last month were.

Hope he's not being rushed back.

Last thing we need is our 35m new boy being out for even longer.

I hope hes ready for the united game. We will need him/gerrard rested for that. Too bad suarez gets no game time in the europa.

LIVERPOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update on Carroll is he is ruled out for this week bout vs West Ham, but that's fine. As long as he is ready for that Man Utd game.

Edit: love how the haters hide when we win. lul.
