according to an interview with dortmund boss watzke, they refused the first barca offer which was 90m instant payment + possible 30m extra bonuses

they probably also refused, when barca raised to an overall 130m and are still asking for 150m cash without any performance based bonuses

they should ask for 222m and 1€ in cash just for the lulz
