relax guys. although the mental aspect DOES play a huge role in penalties it don't seriously think their decision to play for turkey had direct influence on their ability to take a penalty.
it was part joke, part shock and part pity for leno that made me post this trollish statement...

that being said, i do find it somewhat ungrateful to benefit from all the good things a country has to offer and then taking your talent to a different country just based on the fact that your parents were born there and some shady agent is promising you money - and because you think you'll have an easier time making it there...
