Also the players only need to play like 20 games a season AND get a full month off in winter. Fucking insane :drool:

On a serious not how long do the players have no training for Christmas? Not talking about just Bayern/Dortmund, but all first/second division teams?

full training break is usually like 2 weeks
on average the league ends a week or lees before christmas and most teams start their preparation a couple days after new years eve (most clubs start something in between 3rd and 5th of jan)

overall there is roughly a 5-6 week break from official games

not this year though
games begin in mid january because of the world cup
